- Description: Built an automation to route ME tickets directly to SAP teams, improving efficiency and reducing reliance on email-based handling. Applied SAP GRC to support audits and compliance, and partnered with the SAP BAAN team to design an automated auditing process. Also contributed to a cross-functional “Shark Tank”–style innovation project, pitching a new product concept and strengthening skills in product ideation and communication.

Description:
Selected among the Top 10 teams in The Alabama Collective's HBCU App Build Pitch Competition and traveled to Montgomery to present our solution to a panel of judges and mentors. During this experience, I gained direct exposure to UI/UX design, pitching, problem-solving, and community-based innovation.
We developed and presented a mobile app aimed at expanding visibility for Black and minority-owned businesses. Key features of the app included:

A portal to search and register businesses
An AI-based virtual counselor to assist business owners
